Meet Marie: Your Practical, People-First HR Partner
I’m Marie, founder of Popoki and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with a Master’s in HR Management. I’ve spent over 20 years in the people space, working across sport, media, tech, FMCG, healthcare, and start-up environments.
I’ve built HR from the ground up in scaling businesses. I’ve led through mergers, culture shifts, and major operational change. Before launching Popoki, I held senior roles at Wasserman, Charlotte Tilbury, and Westgate Healthcare. I’ve also supported academy and professional footballers to build confidence, resilience, and life skills beyond the pitch.
I’m a qualified Mental Health First Aider and passionate about creating workplaces where people feel safe, valued, and ready to do great work.
